Question 1

How much should I start with?

Accepted Answer

This is really up to you. We would suggest practising on a demo account in the beginning — like fake money — and then move to a real account once you understand the platform and have made all the beginner mistakes there instead of with real capital. Most members start their real account with an amount they are comfortable to lose while learning.

Question 2

Where can I see past results?

Accepted Answer

Monthly results are published on our Results page. Past performance does not guarantee future results and losses are part of trading. Always use correct position sizing and only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Question 3

I've never traded before — can you help me get set up?

Accepted Answer

Not to worry — we walk you through the entire process. All trades are executed via a broker and a mobile or desktop application called MetaTrader, which is like a gateway between you and the financial markets. Once you're subscribed, our team helps you install MetaTrader and place your first trade step by step.

Question 4

How do I cancel my current subscription?

Accepted Answer

Easy. You can cancel your subscription via our automated Payment robot any time you wish. If you need help with that, please send a message to the Telegram Bot and we will assist you.
